I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where adults can explore difficult emotions and challenges. My approach is gentle and collaborative, helping you reconnect with your inner strength and sense of self.

I provide online counselling and therapy for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, or emotional overwhelm.

My combined background in healthcare and counselling gives me a deep understanding of emotional well-being and the challenges people face in everyday life.

You are the expert of your own life; my role is to walk beside you, offering empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.

Together, we explore your thoughts and feelings, gently uncover patterns, and create space for clarity, self-compassion, and personal growth.
