Working Together

Counselling is a collaborative process where you set the pace and direction. Each session offers space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a supportive, confidential environment.

Our First Session – A friendly conversation to see if we’re the right fit and to talk about what’s bringing you to counselling.

Ongoing Sessions – 50-minute sessions, usually weekly,     giving you a consistent space to reflect and work through things that are challenging.

Review – After around six sessions, we’ll check in together on how things are going and what feels helpful, review our work together.
